Displacement is inevitable to humanity through different realms, wars and natural disasters are as real and inescapable as love and anger. Its baked into existence to test our humane instinct to this horrific outcome and throughout history, we have failed to apply that humane responses on many occasions. Do you care to do so?

My undergraduate thesis, “Maskan - مسكن “ unravels an exploration of architectural and urban interventions within refugee camps. This study seeks to re-imagine temporary settlements as resilient landscapes that echo the enduring spirit of displaced communities.
We peer into the eyes of refugees, seeing reflections of our shared humanity. Bound by kinship, we architects weave dignity into structures, acknowledging their struggles as our own. Through the artistry of architecture, we paint narratives of resilience, restoring the whispered dignity to these brethren who have weathered the storms of hardship.
